The death toll from an outbreak of Ebola in villages in western Uganda has risen to at least 16.<br />President Yoweri Museveni confirmed that the deadly virus has hit the Capital Kampala and issued a national warning urging people to avoid contact. <br />Al Jazeera's Malcolm Webb reports from Kampala.
