A checkpoint on the Egyptian-Israeli border has been attacked.<br /><br />The attackers were killed as well as 16 Egyptian guards.<br /><br />Mohamed Morsi, Egypt's president, has vowed to bring the Sinai peninsula under control.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Stephanie Scawen reports.
