Syrian rebel commanders have told Al Jazeera that they need more weapons if they are to overcome government forces. <br /><br />One of most senior generals in the Free Syrian Army also said that the promised foreign military aid has not materialised. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Andrew Simmons reports from northern Syria.
