The UN says more than 170,000 Syrian refugees have been registered in Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon and Turkey. <br /><br />Nearly 70,000 of them are in Turkey, where the government is worried that number will grow as fighting intensifies.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Stefanie Dekker reports.
