Police in Israel have arrested seven suspects in connection with an attack on a Palestinian youth in the centre of West Jerusalem.<br /><br />The 17 year old was beaten almost to death by a mob, amid reports onlookers stood by and did nothing to protect him. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Cal Perry reports from West Jerusalem.
