A Norwegian court has declared Anders Behring Breivik sane, and sentenced him to 21 years in jail for the murder of 77 people.<br /> <br />He had already admitted to the killings in attacks in Oslo and on Utoya island last year. <br /> <br />Breivik has promised not to appeal.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Paul Brennan reports from oslo.
