Barack Obama has has been campaigning in Norfolk, Virginia, today ahead of November's Presidential election.<br /><br />He'll then be heading to Charlotte, North Carolina, where the Democratic party's National Convention is being held.<br /><br />Obama came into office asking Americans to believe, as Patty Culhane reports from Charlotte.
