ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION<br/> <br />Miners marched in La Paz on Tuesday to demand the government hand over to them the right to run operations at the Colquiri tin and zinc mine.<br/> <br />President Evo Morales' government stripped global commodities firm Glencore of the concession in June after weeks of violent protests, and handed it over to a mining cooperative.<br/> <br />But the unions say the cooperative is no different to Glencore as it operates within the private sector and that the mine should be owned by the miners.<br/> <br />On Tuesday, they marched through the streets of La Paz, lobbing sticks of dynamite at riot police who responded with tear gas.
