They come here terribly exhausted. It is a long way. We provide them with something to drink."<br/> <br />Aside from the long journey, refugees can also face a dangerous crossing.<br/> <br />Clashes have erupted between Jordanian and Syrian troops.<br/> <br />Border guards in Jordan say Syrian soldier target people crossing the border.<br/> <br />Syria's neighbouring countries have been struggling with an influx of refugees since the conflict began 17 months ago.
