At a combined age of 818, the Melis siblings of Sardinia, were recently named the world's oldest siblings.<br /><br />The nine brothers and sisters, the eldest of whom is 105, say their diet is what got them into the record books.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Claudio Lavanga reports from Sardinia, where 23 out of every 100 people have hit the century mark.
