(ROUGH CUT ONLY - NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />Two car bombs exploded outside crime investigation offices in Iraq's ethnically mixed city of Kirkuk on Sunday (September 9), killing seven people and wounding at least 40 others, police said.<br/> <br />Kirkuk was also hit by a car bomb on Sunday that killed eight people who were queuing to apply to be recruited as police guards for the Iraqi North Oil Company, police added.<br/> <br />The explosions were among a series of attacks and blasts across Iraq during the day that killed at least 58 people, including a car bomb outside a French consulate.
