Workers from the Marikana mine in South Africa are defying orders to return to work, and continuing their strike action.<br /><br />They had been scheduled to be back on the job on Monday under an agreement signed by three unions.<br /><br />But a plan to negotiate over pay is now on hold. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Tani Page reports.
