The tax evasion trial of jailed former Ukrainian prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko will not be heard until October 15, after a judge in Kharkiv decided proceedings could not go ahead without Tymoshenko's presence.<br /><br />There have been a number of adjournments, as Tymoshenko, 51, refuses to attend court due to ill health.<br /><br />She is currently being treated for a back problem in a state hospital.<br />http://www.euronews.net/
