ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTERS NARRATION)<br/> <br />The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited the Kranji War memorial remembering the 4,458 Allied soldiers who died in World War Two.<br/> <br />Prince William and his wife Catherine, took part in a sombre ceremony to remember the war dead, laying a wreath at a memorial plaque inside the cemetery.<br/> <br />They were also taken around to view the graves of the fallen soldiers.<br/> <br />This Asia Pacific tour is part of celebrations marking the 60-year reign of Prince William's grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, as the British monarchy seeks to maintain its relevance in a changing world.<br/> <br />Prince William and Kate are to travel to Malaysia later on Thursday.
