Relatives of factory workers wait outside a charred building for news of their loved ones.<br/> <br />A fire which swept through a garment factory in the Pakistani city of Karachi on Tuesday night killed at least 289 people.<br/> <br />This man's son was still missing.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Urdu) FATHER OF A MISSING SON, LIAQAT ALI, SAYING:<br/> <br />"My son came to work here the day before yesterday. He is still missing."<br/> <br />Bodies were taken to a morgue, many burnt beyond recognition.<br/> <br />The cause of the fire was not clear - but some witnesses said the exit was closed leaving the workers trapped inside.
