The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are to launch a criminal complaint against the photographer who took pictures of the duchess topless, while on holiday in France, as well as the magazine that published them.<br /><br />Lawyers for the couple are to make the request at a Paris court later today.<br /><br />Prince William's office has branded the photographs as "grotesque and totally unjustified."<br />http://www.euronews.net/
