Country pop trio Rascal Flatts is the latest band to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.<br/> <br />The band got the honor after selling 21 million albums and being named the vocal group of the year six times by the Country Music Association, seven times by the Academy of Country Music.<br/> <br />The band's lead vocalist, Gary leVox.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: Gary LeVox, Lead Vocalist Of The Rascak Flatts, Saying (English)<br/> <br />"When we found out we were getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, you can't even dream that big. Jay and I being cousins from Columbus, Ohio and Joe Don from Oklahoma, we're walking in some high cotton out here in LA today."<br/> <br />The trio rose to stardom in 2000 with their first album simply titled "Rascal Flatts" selling over 2.3 million copies in the U.S. and going double platinum.<br/> <br />Since then the group has had 14 hit singles and released their latest studio album "Changed" earlier this year.
