ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: Scientists of India's Defense Research and Development Organization on Wednesday, successfully test-fired the country's long-range missile, Agni-IV, from the Wheeler Island, off the eastern coast in Odisha.<br/> <br />The missile, 20 meters in length and weighting 17,000 kilograms is capable of carrying nuclear warhead to targets more than 2,485 miles away.<br/> <br />In recent years India has emerged as the world's top importer of military hardware as it rushes to upgrade equipment for a large but outdated inventory of its defense forces.
