An investigation into a deadly fire at a garment factory in Karachi found that the plant passed an internationally recognised safety test just a few weeks ago.<br /><br />The fire that engulfed the premises last week killed nearly 300 workers, many of them trapped behind locked exit doors.<br /> <br />Al Jazeera's Cath Turner reports.
