Voting has ended in Belarus' parliamentary election. <br />The election commission says the vote was valid as a majority of voters cast their ballots despite boycott calls.<br />But independent monitors are suggesting a far lower turnout.<br />Al Jazeera's Jonah Hull reports from Minsk.
