Independent observers have delivered a damning verdict on Belarus' parliamentary elections saying that Sunday's vote was not free or competitive.<br />The opposition had called for a boycott of the elections, saying they were a sham even before they began.<br />Yaroslav Romanchuk, a veteran politician who ran for president in 2010 but lost to Alexander Lukashenko, is trying to unite the opposition. <br />He said change will come eventually and is hinting at another run for the presidency in 2015. <br />Al Jazeera's Jonah Hull reports from Minsk.
