Steak & Chimichurri!! a match made in heaven:<br /><br />For the Chimichurri:<br />1 -1½ cups cilantro or flat leaf parsley<br />1Tbsp fresh oregano, or 1tsp dry<br />2 cloves garlic<br />⅓ cup olive oil<br />¼ tsp red pepper flakes<br />1 Tbsp red wine vinegar (optional)<br />1+ tsp fresh lime juice (optional)<br /><br />Steak:<br />4 - 1½ " Thick Steaks <br /> (we did boneless Rib Steaks, Tenderloin is great)<br />4 Tbsp crushed black peppercorns<br />Kosher or coarse salt to taste<br />1Tbsp oil
