Thirty-eight people have died in Hong Kong's worst maritime disaster in decades on the anniversary of China's national Day.<br />Six crew members have been arrested after a passenger ferry collided with a boat carrying workers and their families from an electricity company to watch the national fireworks display.<br />Al Jazeera's Divya Gopalan reports.
