ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: Germany on Wednesday marked 22 years since reunification with an official ceremony in the southern city of Munich.<br/> <br />It was in 1990 that a treaty was signed, dissolving the German Democratic Republic and creating one country under the constitution of western Germany.<br/> <br />To mark the date, groups from all 16 German federal states marched through the Bavarian city dressed in the traditional outfits of the different regions.<br/> <br />The celebrations come in the same week that 82-year-old former leader Helmut Kohl, known as the father of German reunification, was honored 30 years after becoming Chancellor.
