South Korea and the US have agreed to boost Seoul’s ballistic missiles capability in order to counter North Korea’s military provocations.<br />After the deal, South Korea would be allowed to increase its missile range beyond 300km, but critics say this might be the start of a new arms race.<br />Al Jazeera's Tom Ackerman reports.
