The German leader Angela Merkel is heading to Athens on Tuesday, where She will hold talks with the prime minister Antonis Samaras.<br /><br />But victims of the huge spending cuts forced on Greece by the EU, IMF and ECB also want a word with her too, as protests are planned against the German Chancellor.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Barnaby Phillips reports from Athens.
