Palestinian activists block traffic on a main road leading into Jerusalem.<br/> <br />They're here demonstrating against repeated attacks by Jewish settlers on Palestinian olive groves in the area.<br/> <br />Israeli soldiers quickly move in to disperse the crowd of several dozen, firing tear gas and stun grenades.<br/> <br />There were no reports of casualties or arrests.<br/> <br />An estimated 10 million olive trees dot the Israeli-occupied West Bank, thriving in the arid climate and covering 45 percent of all agricultural land in the region.<br/> <br />But settler attacks are taking their toll - vandals not only steal harvested olives, but have also destroyed thousands of the trees.
