This is the family of a 21-year-old Bangladeshi man accused of plotting to bomb the Federal Reserve Bank in New York.<br/> <br />From their home in Dhaka .... I don't believe he is capable of doing this."<br/> <br />Quazi Mohammad Rezwanul Ahsan Nafis was arrested on Wednesday - and charged with attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction and attempting to provide material support to al Qaeda.<br/> <br />His sister claims he had been victimized.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: Dr Faria Bilkis, suspect's sister (English)<br/> <br />"We don't think this was done by him. It must be that he is being victimized here because in Bangladesh he wasn't like this at all, he was a good boy. He went to the USA to study and was admitted there when he got a 50 percent scholarship."<br/> <br />If convicted, Nafis faces life in prison.
