This navy frigate is at the center of a dispute between Ghana and Argentina.

Ghana seized the Argentine ship in early October and say they will hold it until the South American country pays back a+t least $20 million of the $300 million in sovereign bonds they defaulted on a decade ago.

Hundreds of crew members are still on board despite an order from Argentina's president

ordering evacuation of the ship over human rights concerns.

Cristina Fernandez says the human rights of the 326 crew members are being violated because a local judge has prohibited fuel delivers to the ship, basically leaving the crew without the power needed to keep food fresh and deal with the plumbing system.

It isn't clear at this point why the crew remained on board. Argentina has condemned the seizure of the ship, saying it is unfair to target its military for the country's default ---while Ghana says the South American country forfeited their immunity in doing so.
