A man who came to Mumbai from Jalandhar with just Rs 200 in his pocket and his mother's blessing to chase his dreams, redefined romance in Bollywood. Veteran filmmaker Yash Raj Chopra, who inspired so many film directors with this real story, passed away on Sunday (Oct 21) after being treated for dengue at a Mumbai hospital. The king of romance shattered all box office records with his charismatic touch but took an unfortunate exit before his 23rd film as a director, 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan', was about to release. The demise of the legend has left a permanent void in Bollywood.
