A friend of mine just purchased one, and I had the opportunity to help assemble this unit, fire it up, and cook with it. <br /><br />To say the least, I was impressed. This 4 gallon Bayou fryer is 100% stainless steel and the workmanship is top notch. The unit itself weighs about 50 pounds, and comes with handles on the sides so; it’s relatively easy to move around.
