Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney was back on the attack Thursday, breaking a storm-induced campaign truce to pound home his closing messages in a tight battle for the White House.<br/> <br />Romney criticized President Barack Obama's comment in an TV interview that he would like to create a new department under a Secretary of Business.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) REPUBLICAN PRESIDENTIAL NOMINEE MITT ROMNEY SAYING:<br/> <br />"I just don't think another Cabinet chair is going to create the jobs that America needs and so I'm entitled to make sure that we get a President who understands business as opposed to tries to hire someone in the Cabinet who has the background of business."<br/> <br />Romney plans to finish up his campaign on Monday night in New Hampshire, the state where he launched his bid last year.
