Businessman S Ravi who arrested after Karti Chidambaram's complaint says he will not apologise to Karti over the issue. Ravi, owner of a plastic packaging material factory, was arrested by Crime Branch wing of CID Police on a recent complaint by Karti that he had posted "offensive" message against him on three occasions since 2011 on the micro blogging site Twitter.
