He actually did something in his life."<br/> <br />And on the streets of Cleveland, Ohio -- fear and jubilation.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: Curtis, a commuter saying:<br/> <br />"It's a beautiful picture. Can't you tell? Look at his daughters, his wife. He looks very victorious."<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: Collette Whims, Commuter, Saying:<br/> <br />"Okay, I'm disappointed and fearful for our country. I feel that we are not better off from where we were four years ago. Most people are."<br/> <br />In Washington D.C. many say they are looking for more bipartisan cooperation during President Obama's second term<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: Jane Strachan, Washington Resident, Saying:<br/> <br />"I hope that we can find a way to work together, both sides of the isle, the House, the Senate and the Executive Branch."<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: Christiana Kern, Washington Resident, Saying:<br/> <br />"You know, I have hope that we can get some stuff done. It is a second term, it is a new start."<br/> <br />The President heads into his second term with many of the problems that dogged him during his first term, slower than hoped economic growth and a divided Congress.
