Despite an accord between India & Sri Lanka to repatriate prisoners many Indian prisoners continue to languish in Sri Lankan jails, some for over a decade. Sources have now told TIMES NOW that these prisoners are victims of red tape as files are stuck between 3 Union Ministries and state governments. While speaking to TIMES NOW the prisoners say all they hope for now is to die in their own country.
