Just two weeks after Hurricane Sandy, Haiti is again beset by torrential rains, landslides and rising waters.<br/> <br />Flooding has claimed dozens of lives in recent weeks in one of the world's poorest countries.<br/> <br />As rivers overflow and farmland is submerged, rural residents seek shelter in Haiti's second largest city, Cap-Hatien.<br/> <br />But aid workers say they are desperately short of food and supplies.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Creole) HEAD SCOUT MARIE JOCELYNE JACQUES SAYING:<br/> <br />"We have handicapped people here, babies even women that gave birth here last night. That means we don't have anything for them."<br/> <br />Heavy rains have damaged crops and infrastructure and are a major threat to the nation still recovering from a major earthquake in 2010.
