Europe's main election watchdog, the OSCE, is trying to sabotage Russia's plans for a common monitoring approach during the presidential poll in March, according to Russia's Foreign Ministry. The Ministry's representative, Sergey Ryabkov, made the comments during a media briefing on Friday.
