Barack Obama, the US president, has toured areas of New York left devastated by Superstorm Sandy.<br /><br />More than two weeks later, many homes are still without electricity.<br /><br />Obama on Thursday vowed to stick with New Yorkers still struggling "until the rebuilding is complete".<br /><br />Al Jazeera’s Kristen Saloomey reports from New York.
