In his first state visit since winning re-election, U.S. President Barack Obama arrives in Thailand.<br/> <br />After a welcoming ceremony in Bangkok, Obama met with Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra on Sunday.<br/> <br />The two leaders met to promote bilateral ties and mark 180 years of friendship between their countries.<br/> <br />Obama also took time to visit the world's longest-reigning monarch, Thailand's King Bhumibol Adulyadej in the hospital, and tour a temple with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.<br/> <br />The American delegation will also stop in Myanmar to encourage democratic reforms and Cambodia for regional summit meetings.
