Emergency workers hose down the smouldering wreckage of a Yemeni military transport plane in the country's capital Sanaa.<br/> <br />The plane crashed into this abandoned produce market near the airport after experiencing technical problems, according to an aviation official.<br/> <br />All 10 people on board the aircraft were killed.<br/> <br />One witness describes seeing flames on the Russian-designed Antonov aircraft moments before it hit the ground.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Arabic) WITNESS MADIAN ABDULMAJEED, SAYING:<br/> <br />"The plane was flying over the First Armoured Division and we saw the right engine was burning. Then it descended and crashed here."<br/> <br />In October of last year another Yemeni military plane crashed at an air base in the south of the country, killing nine passengers.
