Palestinians in the Gaza Strip have taken to the streets to celebrate a a ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas. <br />The truce, which followed negotiations in Egypt, was reached following eight days of bombardments by both sides. <br />More than 160 Palestinans and five Israelis lost their lives in the violence.<br />Al Jazeera's Stefanie Dekker reports.
