PANEER MAKHANI<br />Ingredients -<br />1 tsp garam masala<br />2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder<br />1 tsp cumin seed powder<br />¼ tsp turmeric powder<br />1 tsp sugar<br />salt to taste<br />1 tbsp butter<br />200 gms paneer cubes (cottage cheese)<br />300 gms tomatoes (blanched and pulped)<br />1 cup fresh cream<br />Coriander leaves<br />1 small onion grated<br /><br />Method<br />Heat butter sauté grated onion till golden brown. Add tomato pulp and all the dry spices and cook till the water dries out. Add cream and cook the gravy for 2 mins. Add the paneer cubes and mix well. Remove from fire and garnish with cream and serve with any Indian bread of your choice.<br /><br />NOTE: Add water if the gravy is very thick.
