Lemon Ginger Fizz Concentrate <br />(20 Servings) <br />Ingredients - <br />1 cup lemon juice - squeezed from 15 -18 lemons <br />1/4 cup ginger - extract juice <br />2 and half cups sugar <br />1 cup water. <br /><br />Method - Boil water and sugar to make syrup. Add the juices. Store in fridge or add a pinch of sodium benzoate to preserve. For each serving, measure 1/4 cup of this concentrate. Add water or soda. Serve on ice.
