Super Dip <br />(Serves 4) - <br />Ingredients - <br />1 Cup Paneer - Cubed <br />1 Cup Cream A Cup Fresh Yogurt - hung to drain out water <br />2 tbsp. Olive oil <br />2 tbsp. White vinegar <br />2 tbsp. Parsley - chopped <br />1-2 tsp Garlic paste <br />1tsp Black pepper - coarsely ground <br />Salt - to taste. <br /><br />Method - Liquidize everything till smooth. Refrigerate. Serve as a dip. OR After liquidizing, pour into a sieve lined with a muslin cloth. Refrigerate until completely drained. Unmould. Serve as cream cheese.
