The United Nations refugee agency chief Antonio Guterres has said that a refugee camp in South Sudan is the most dangerous he has seen.<br />But Guterres has found it difficult to convince the inhabitants to move to safer areas.<br />Al Jazeera's Anna Cavell reports from Yida refugee camp.
