ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION<br/> <br />STORY: Footage of the bomb blast on July 22 last year that ripped through the government quarters in central Oslo killing eight people, was released on Monday (November 26).<br/> <br />After setting off the bomb, convicted mass murderer Anders Behring Breivik traveled to Utoeya island where he killed 69 people at the ruling Labour party's summer youth camp.<br/> <br />The surveillance footage, obtained by broadcaster NRK and due to be shown as part of a documentary in their Brennpunkt program, shows Breivik parking his car in the government area and briskly walking away wearing what looks like a security guard's uniform.<br/> <br />Less than 10 minutes later, Breivik's home-made 950-kg fertilizer bomb explodes and the footage shows the shock wave and fire which blew out all the windows in the adjacent buildings.<br/> <br />Eight people died and several people were seriously injured in the blast which also caused substantial damage to several nearby buildings.<br/> <br />In August, following a long trial, Breivik was handed a maximum 21 year prison sentence.
