ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: Katie Holmes returns to the great white way in the new play "Dead Accounts."<br/> <br />The former wife of Tom Cruise celebrated opening night with her cast at the opening night after party and called her second spin on Broadway exciting.<br/> <br />"I love this cast so much and Jack O'Brien (director) and Theresa. It's been a really wonderful experience and now it's - I can't believe it's opening night already," Holmes told Reuters.<br/> <br />The production is the first major role of Holmes' since her highly publicized divorce from Cruise in July. The 33-year-old took up residence in Manhattan in June with her six-year-old daughter Suri.<br/> <br />The play, centered around morals, money and comedy, is about a man, played by two-time Tony winner Norbert Leo Butz, who returns home to Cincinnati, Ohio from New York. A surprise reunion and a $27 million dollar secret creates a unique family dynamic which all takes place in a kitchen surrounded by endless amounts of food.<br/> <br />"Dead Accounts" will run on Broadway for 16 weeks.
