'Georgia's initiative on S. Ossetian refugees purely political'

The Georgian initiative on refugees and temporarily displaced persons from Abkhazia and South Ossetia has nothing to do with humanitarian objectives, said Russias Foreign Ministry spokesman, Andrey Nesterenko.
