Peace talks between the Colombian government and FARC rebels are set to resume in Cuba.<br /><br />The negotiations are aimed at ending nearly five decades of armed conflict.<br /><br />Many have fled the violence, taking refuge in Aruca just across the border in Venezuela.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Alessandro Rampietti reports from Arauca.
