The aftermath of a deadly blaze at a clothing factory in Guangdong province, China.<br/> <br />Fourteen workers died in the fire which began on Tuesday afternoon.<br/> <br />Steel bars surrounding exits and windows prevented many employees from fleeing the burning building.<br/> <br />Now police say they have arrested one factory worker whom they accuse of starting the fire.<br/> <br />In an interview aired on Chinese state television, the suspect - known only as Liu - said he set the factory on fire over a wage dispute.<br/> <br />Liu said he was owed nearly 500 U.S. dollars and management were refusing to pay him.<br/> <br />Chinese media said local authorities were still conducting their investigation into the cause of the fire.
